BIM / VDC Manager

About the role

The BIM Manager will be embedded in client project environments, serving as the senior BIM authority on assigned engagements—establishing processes, managing coordination, and driving model quality from kickoff through closeout.

Responsibilities

• Establish processes and manage coordination for BIM projects
• Drive model quality from kickoff through closeout
• Contribute to PBIM’s own project delivery and internal BIM management alongside the existing team

Requirements

• Deep industry knowledge in live entertainment, themed entertainment, or specialty fabrication
• Strong project management skills
• Technical BIM fluency

Qualifications

• Experience in BIM management
• Technical skills in BIM software
• Leadership and sustainability in client engagements

Skills

Strong technical skills are the foundation, but the ability to lead and sustain client engagements is what defines this role.
