BIM / VDC Detailer - Plumbing & Piping

About the role

A BIM/VDC Detailer is responsible for creating detailed construction documents and models for plumbing and piping systems. This role requires strong technical skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Create detailed construction documents and 3D models for plumbing and piping systems.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure accuracy and compliance with design specifications.
• Review and update existing models to reflect changes in project plans.
• Communicate effectively with team members to resolve issues and provide guidance on model creation.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in BIM/VDC detailing for plumbing and piping systems.
• Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and other relevant software.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of plumbing and piping systems.
• Experience with building information modeling (BIM).
• Understanding of construction standards and codes.

Pay
