BIM / VDC Detailer - Modular

About the role

The BIM / VDC Detailer is responsible for creating detailed building information modeling (BIM) and virtual design and construction (VDC) documentation.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain accurate 3D models and documentation using industry-standard software.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure all details are correctly represented in the models.
• Review and refine models based on feedback from project stakeholders.
• Prepare and present detailed reports and drawings to clients and team members.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in BIM / VDC detailing.
• Familiarity with Revit, AutoCAD, and other relevant software.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Experience with project management tools such as Primavera P6.
