We need to output HTML fragment with sections: headings

for sections like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We must include only sections with real content. Must not repeat job title as heading. Must not include Job ID etc. Remove boilerplate, navigation, legal, EEO, etc. Must preserve all substantive info. We need to parse the job description and extract sections. Given content: Job Title line, then description paragraphs. We need sections: About the role description (maybe "About the role") from the initial paragraph after Job Title: "This BIM Technician role sits within a dynamic Design Group..." That's about the role. Then "Responsibilities" heading with bullet list. Then "Essential Skills" maybe as "Skills" or "Requirements". The posting includes "Essential Skills" and "Additional Skills & Qualifications". Could combine into "Skills" or "Qualifications". We need to decide. We have "Work Environment" maybe as "Work Environment" but not in allowed headings list; allowed headings: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. So we can map Work Environment maybe to "About the role" or omit if not fitting. The instruction: include a section ONLY when the posting has real, specific content for it — never emit a heading followed by filler/placeholder text. So we can include sections we have content for: About the role, Responsibilities, Skills (maybe combine Essential Skills and Additional Skills & Qualifications), Benefits, Pay, Schedule (we have schedule info: Standard workdays Monday-Friday, hours 6:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., 8–9 hour shifts). Also maybe "Qualifications" could be separate from Skills but we have qualifications in Additional Skills & Qualifications. Could treat that as Qualifications. We also have "Job Type & Location" maybe not needed; location is Phoenix, AZ; could be part of About the role or omitted. The instruction: do not put Job ID/requisition numbers as headings — fold minor metadata into a short

or drop it. Location could be minor metadata; we could include in About the role paragraph. We must not include boilerplate like "Application Deadline", "About Actalent", EEO statements, etc. Remove those. We must preserve all substantive information: responsibilities list, essential skills list, additional skills & qualifications list, work environment description, pay range, benefits list, schedule. We need to output only HTML fragment, no /, no markdown fences. Let's craft:

About the role

This BIM Technician role sits within a dynamic Design Group and focuses on supporting the design and documentation of complex MEP and electrical systems for high-tech facilities such as semiconductor plants, data centers, industrial and chemical facilities, and other advanced commercial environments. You will use Revit, AutoCAD, and BIM tools to produce coordinated construction documents, perform building load calculations, and collaborate closely with project teams to deliver accurate, code-compliant designs that support large-scale industrial construction projects. This position is based on-site at a large, active industrial construction project in the North Phoenix area, working in a job trailer environment directly on the construction site.

But we might separate Work Environment into its own paragraph; but we can incorporate. Better: Keep About the role as description of role and responsibilities overview; Work Environment maybe separate but not a heading; we can include in About the role paragraph. Now Responsibilities:

Responsibilities

  • ...
list each responsibility. We need to preserve all responsibilities lines from the posting. Let's extract responsibilities bullet points: - Perform building load calculations in accordance with NEC and IECC guidelines to support electrical and MEP system design. - Develop complete and detailed design documentation using common standards and authority having jurisdiction (AHJ) code requirements to obtain building permits for construction. - Design emergency and standby generator systems for high-tech and industrial facilities. - Design electrical distribution, power, and lighting systems, with medium-voltage system design considered a plus. - Create and maintain accurate BIM models and construction documents using Autodesk Revit and AutoCAD for MEP and electrical disciplines. - Coordinate project requirements with the Project Manager and team leadership to ensure scope, schedule, and quality expectations are met. - Communicate project status, issues, and concerns clearly and regularly with team leadership. - Collaborate with both in-house and external design team members to produce a high-quality, fully coordinated design. - Conduct pre-design site visits and perform as-built documentation to capture existing conditions accurately. - Work within established standards and QC/QA practices to maintain consistency and reliability in project deliverables. - Apply a strong understanding of the construction process to ensure designs are practical, buildable, and aligned with field conditions. - Develop and review distribution layouts, one-line diagrams, lighting layouts, and lighting control systems. - Use IECC, ComCheck, and related tools to support energy code compliance and documentation. - Utilize software tools such as Outlook, Word, Excel, Bluebeam, and SKM and/or EasyPower to support design, coordination, and documentation tasks. - Attend out-of-office meetings and coordinate with job site personnel as required by project needs. - Work both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team to meet deadlines in a fast-paced project environment. Now Skills/Essential Skills and Additional Skills & Qualifications. Essential Skills list: - Minimum of 1 year of hands-on Revit experience on semiconductor, data center, or other high-tech MEP projects. - Approximately 5+ years of experience in electrical design within the consulting engineering industry. - Proficiency with Autodesk Revit for MEP and electrical modeling and documentation. - Proficiency with Autodesk AutoCAD for drafting and design coordination. - Strong understanding of the construction process and how design decisions impact field execution. - Familiarity with NFPA National Electrical Code and International Building Codes. - Ability to interpret project scope of work and produce complete, detailed design documentation aligned with AHJ requirements. - Ability to design emergency and standby generator systems and related electrical infrastructure. - Experience with electrical distribution layouts, one-line diagrams, lighting layouts, and lighting control systems. - Ability to work effectively both independently and in a collaborative team environment. - Strong communication skills for coordinating with project managers, team leadership, and internal and external design partners. - Comfort working in BIM-driven workflows, including modeling, coordination, and construction document production. Additional Skills & Qualifications list: - Experience designing semiconductor facilities or other advanced high-tech environments is preferred. - Background in MEP design for data centers, industrial, or chemical facilities is highly beneficial. - Knowledge of BIM tools and workflows, including Revit Architecture, MicroStation, and other modeling platforms. - Exposure to architecture, mechanical, plumbing, and broader MEP disciplines in a design or drafting capacity. - Familiarity with IECC and use of ComCheck for energy code compliance documentation. - Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel for communication and project documentation. - Experience using Bluebeam for drawing review, markups, and collaboration. - Knowledge of SKM and/or EasyPower software for electrical system analysis is a plus. - Experience with visual design and construction document production in commercial work settings. - Ability to thrive in a growing MEP BIM department with strong interest in professional development and advancement. We could split into Skills and Qualifications sections. Let's do:

Skills

for Essential Skills (maybe). And

Qualifications

for Additional Skills & Qualifications. Now Benefits: list from posting: - Medical, dental & vision - Critical Illness, Accident, and Hospital - 401(k) Retirement Plan – Pre-tax and Roth post-tax contributions available - Life Insurance (Voluntary Life & AD&D for the employee and dependents) - Short and long-term disability - Health Spending Account (HSA) - Transportation benefits - Employee Assistance Program - Time Off/Leave (PTO, Vacation or Sick Leave) Pay: $25.00 - $40.00/hr. Schedule: Standard workdays are Monday through Friday, with hours generally falling between 6:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m., typically covering 8–9 hour shifts. We should not include filler like "commensurate with experience". Not present. Now ensure we don't include any boilerplate like "Application Deadline", "About Actalent", EEO, etc. We must output only HTML fragment. Let's craft final HTML:
