About the role
The BIM Project Manager is responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of Building Information Modeling (BIM) projects within a construction firm.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the creation and management of BIM models from concept through completion.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure project goals are met.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations related to BIM.
- Manage project timelines and budgets, coordinating with team members and stakeholders.
- Provide technical guidance and training to team members on BIM software and best practices.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in BIM project management or related field.
- Proficiency in Autodesk Revit and other BIM software.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Qualifications
- Experience with project management tools and software.
- Knowledge of sustainable design principles and green building practices.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Skills
- Proficient in BIM software such as Autodesk Revit.
- Understanding of construction processes and materials.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Pay
Salary range: $80,000 - $120,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
Schedule
Full-time, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM.
