Around the Role

Bloxz supports clients in construction and installation technology with Building Information Modeling (BIM), a sustainable and efficient way of working that creates a single digital version of truth within construction projects. This leads to lower overhead costs, optimal collaboration, and shorter construction times.

Responsibilities

• Ensure smooth information flow across all project stakeholders.
• Ensure all involved parties know exactly what they need to do and when they should be active during each phase of the project.
• Work on modeling of engineering drawings and designs in every project phase.
• Apply your knowledge and experience to execute each project smarter, better, and more efficiently.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience as a BIM Modeler in the installation sector.
• Experience with Revit.
• Experience with Stabicad and/or TheModus.
• An accredited MBO/HBO degree in Mechanical Engineering, Installation Technology, or a similar field.
• Good spatial and architectural understanding.
• Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with colleagues and external parties.
