BIM-modelleur gebouw gebonden installaties
About the role
As a BIM modeler for building services, you will join a team of enthusiastic BIM modelers led by the BIM lead and/or project manager. You will contribute to models across various project phases (VO, DO, TO, and occasionally UO), developing your skills in Revit (Closed BIM) and learning about open standards (Open BIM, IFC) for building services installations. You will work with our intelligent, parameterized Revit library, engaging in content creation and embedding usable data into models to perform automatic calculations in Revit.
You will contribute to the general knowledge development in BIM, act as a resource for the office on BIM-related questions, and continuously expand your expertise in BIM and building services. Our projects vary in complexity, ensuring no two days are the same. You will model according to our office protocols and design choices that meet project requirements, standards, and regulations. You will collaborate closely with engineers to discuss and verify your design decisions. A company laptop (and phone, if needed) will be provided.
