BIM Modeler

to create, maintain, and coordinate detailed 3D building information models that support safe, efficient, and well-maintained facilities. Key Responsibilities Develop and manage BIM models for facilities such as airports, hospitals, schools, and commercial buildings.Coordinate and integrate architectural, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) systems within the model.Partner with engineers and field teams to support accurate modeling and documentation.Run clash detection and resolve coordination issues to improve constructability and reduce rework.Maintain model accuracy, documentation, and relevant BIM deliverables.Support planning, maintenance, and asset management through BIM-enabled information. Qualifications & Skills Proficiency in BIM modeling tools and 3D building documentation workflows.Strong understanding of architectural and MEP system integration.Experience with clash detection and model coordination.Attention to detail, strong organization, and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
