BIM Modeler

Role: BIM Modeler Responsibilities Develop and manage detailed 3D building models to support facility safety, efficiency, and maintenance.Create and coordinate BIM models for various structures such as airports, hospitals, schools, and commercial buildings.Integrate architectural, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems within models.Collaborate with engineers and field teams to run clash detection and ensure model accuracy.Maintain comprehensive documentation to support planning, maintenance, and asset management. Qualifications & Skills Proficiency in BIM modeling software and techniques.Strong understanding of building systems and construction processes.Ability to coordinate multidisciplinary models and detect clashes.Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
