Responsibilities

• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to develop and maintain BIM models
• Ensure compliance with BIM standards and best practices
• Support the integration of BIM into the design and construction process
• Provide training and guidance to team members on BIM tools and methodologies
• Contribute to the development and maintenance of BIM-related documentation and reports

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in BIM or related field
• Proficiency in BIM software such as Revit, AutoCAD, or similar
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Qualifications

• Knowledge of sustainable building practices and technologies
• Experience with project management tools and methodologies
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
