BIM Manager

About the role

The BIM Manager is responsible for overseeing the implementation and management of Building Information Modeling (BIM) processes within a construction project.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the development and maintenance of BIM models for all phases of a project.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure consistency in BIM data.
• Train team members on BIM software and best practices.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and client requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in BIM management or related field.
• Proficiency in Autodesk Revit and other BIM software.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

• Experience with project management tools and methodologies.
• Knowledge of sustainable design principles and LEED certification.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Skills

• Proficient in BIM software such as Revit, Navisworks, and AutoCAD.
• Understanding of sustainability and green building practices.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Pay

• $80,000 - $100,000 annually.

Schedule

• Full-time position.
