BIM Manager
About the role
The BIM Manager leads virtual design and construction (VDC) and BIM efforts for large, multi-discipline construction projects, ensuring high-quality, coordinated, and constructible digital models. This role provides technical leadership, develops and implements BIM standards and execution plans, supports pre-construction, design, and project management teams, and helps drive innovation in VDC tools and workflows.
Responsibilities
- Lead virtual design and construction (VDC) and BIM efforts for large, multi-discipline construction projects
- Ensure high-quality, coordinated, and constructible digital models
- Provide technical leadership, develop and implement BIM standards and execution plans
- Support pre-construction, design, and project management teams
- Help drive innovation in VDC tools and workflows
Requirements
- Experience with 4D scheduling and 5D cost applications within VDC workflows
- Familiarity with a broad range of VDC and BIM software tools beyond Revit, Navisworks, and AutoCAD
- Demonstrated interest in tracking new software and technology trends in the VDC/BIM space
- Ability to work positively and proactively in a fast-paced, team-based environment
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and coordination activities
- Leadership qualities with the potential to grow into a key management role within the BIM/VDC department
- Commitment to fostering diversity, equity, and inclusion within project teams
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, MEP Engineering, or a BIM related field
- 4+ years of professional experience using and creating deliverables using AutoDesk software
- Proficient in Revit, Navisworks and AutoCAD
- Experience leading BIM coordination on large scale or multi-discipline projects
Skills

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $38.46 - $48.08/hr. Benefits are subject to change and may be subject to specific elections, plan, or program terms.
