BIM Intern

About the role

This position will work directly with the BIM Manager to learn the process of developing installation drawings based on engineering design drawings. You will have the opportunity to learn coordination of the electrical installation with other trades and resolve conflicts with the General Contractor and/or other trades. The role also includes assisting in prefab development and execution.

Responsibilities

• Develop installation drawings from engineering design drawings
• Coordinate electrical installation with other trades
• Resolve conflicts with the General Contractor and other trades
• Assist in prefab development and execution
• Support the Engineering department with Revit/CAD troubleshooting and general assistance
