Qualifications

• Advanced skills in Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, BIM360 Docs and Design capabilities
• Effectively utilize Microsoft Office software for completion of various tasks (i.e., Word, Excel, OneNote, Outlook)
• Strong skillset in the use of Bluebeam solutions
• Continuously demonstrate self-improvement
• Show excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills
• Exhibit a proactive attitude and demonstrate strong self-motivational attributes
• Demonstrate a sense of pride and adhere to high standards and quality personally and in their work product and services
• Thrive in a team atmosphere

Essential Functions

• Create Architectural, Mechanical HVAC, DWV, Mechanical Pipe, Plumbing, Process Pipe and/or Electrical BIMs
• Lead BIM Coordination meetings and exhibit a strong understanding of construction principles
• Support room for our trades in the interstitial space
• Collaborate with other disciplines and provide subject matter leadership to the delivery team(s) when needed
• Aid in the creation of Revit families, as needed
• Assist with the estimation and scoping of new project opportunities
• Complete weekly accounting of time through entry of digital timesheets

Pay

The pay range for this position is $75,000-$90,000.
