Qualifications
- Advanced skills in Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, BIM360 Docs and Design capabilities
- Effectively utilize Microsoft Office software for completion of various tasks (i.e., Word, Excel, OneNote, Outlook)
- Strong skillset in the use of Bluebeam solutions
- Continuously demonstrate self-improvement
- Show excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills
- Exhibit a proactive attitude and demonstrate strong self-motivational attributes
- Demonstrate a sense of pride and adhere to high standards and quality personally and in their work product and services
- Thrive in a team atmosphere
- Possess superior organizational/time management skills and a “make-it-happen” attitude with the abilities to multi-task several projects at one time

Essential Functions
- Create Architectural, Mechanical HVAC, DWV, Mechanical Pipe, Plumbing, Process Pipe and/or Electrical BIMs
- Lead BIM Coordination meetings and exhibit a strong understanding of construction principles
- Support room for our trades in the interstitial space
- Collaborate with other disciplines and provide subject matter leadership to the delivery team(s) when needed
- Aid in the creation of Revit families, as needed
- Assist with the estimation and scoping of new project opportunities
- Complete weekly accounting of time through entry of digital timesheets
Pay
The pay range for this position is $75,000-$90,000.
