Responsibilities
- Covers ongoing review of H-E-B Master Revit Family Library for inactive items; coordinates with appropriate team members for replacements to ensure data integrity.
- Aids in developing / documenting BIM workflow process standards; creates standard operating procedures (SOPs) to assist designers, consultants, vendors.
- Aids in review, implementation, and management of supporting software.
- Partners as needed to support onboarding, training, and evaluation processes for assigned consultant partners.
Qualifications & Key Requirements
- Intermediate individual contributor in a professional role, works independently within an established framework, receives detailed instructions only on new assignments.
- Possesses specialized knowledge and skills required to perform the role, applies practical knowledge, learned theories, concepts, principles, and methodologies to difficult but non-complex, conventional assignments.
- Bachelor's degree or additional role-relevant experience, 2+ years of relevant experience preferred.
- Production experience in design, drafting or engineering using AutoDesk Revit software, extensive knowledge of BIM and Revit software, general knowledge of building systems related to integration, structural, architectural, and MEPR design, proficiency in Autodesk Revit, and MS Office applications, especially Excel.
- Developing verbal / written communication and interpersonal skills, strong influencing and collaboration skills.
- Bachelor's degree in architecture, engineering, construction science, or comparable technical diploma.
Physical Demands & Working Conditions
- Function in a fast-paced, office environment, travel by car or plane with overnight stays, work extended hours and / or rotating schedules.
