for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). Use - for any list of duties/requirements/benefits, and

or drop it. Preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail. Remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. IMPORTANT: include a section ONLY when the posting has real, specific content for it — never emit a heading followed by filler/placeholder text (e.g. "commensurate with experience", "not specified", "N/A", "varies", "TBD") and never create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless the posting actually states them. Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones.
We need to decide which sections to include. The posting has:
- Position Overview (could be "About the role")
- Key Responsibilities (Responsibilities)
- Minimum Qualifications (Qualifications)
- Preferred Qualifications (maybe also Qualifications or Skills)
- Why Join Foster CM Group? (maybe "About the company" but not in list; could be omitted or could be part of About the role? The instruction says use headings from list: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. So we should map content to those headings. "Why Join Foster CM Group?" is not one of those; maybe we can incorporate into About the role or omit? The instruction says include a section ONLY when posting has real, specific content for it. If we don't have a matching heading, we could omit that section. But we might lose substantive info. However we could treat "Why Join Foster CM Group?" as "About the role" or "About the company"? The list doesn't have About the company. But we could still include a section with heading "About the role" and include the Position Overview plus maybe why join? But the instruction says use those headings for section headings. It doesn't forbid other headings? It says use
for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). The e.g. suggests those are examples, but likely they want only those headings. Safer to stick to those.
Thus we need sections:
- About the role: Position Overview (maybe also why join? but we can keep just overview)
- Responsibilities: Key Responsibilities (list)
- Qualifications: Minimum Qualifications (list) and maybe Preferred Qualifications could be under Skills? Or we could have Qualifications and Skills separate. The list includes Qualifications and Skills. We could put Minimum Qualifications under Qualifications, Preferred Qualifications under Skills (since they are about preferred experience). Or we could combine both under Qualifications. But we need to preserve all substantive info. Let's do:
