Responsibilities
- Owns output at task level.
- Sets priorities for the team to ensure task completion.
- Captures support data to ensure invoice accuracy.
- Works through specific billing discrepancies.
- Provides input to policies, systems, methods, and procedures for the effective management and control of the premium billing function.
- Edicates customers regarding the availability of receiving invoices and remitting payments through online applications.
- Maintains oversight of outstanding balances and takes appropriate actions to ensure clients pay as billed.
- Manages the preparation of invoices and completes billing reconciliation with accounts receivables.
- May also include quality assurance and audit of billing activities.
Requirements
- 3+ years of Leadership experience in Quest Billing system (QBS) and / OR Web Billing System (WBS).
- 3+ years of Leadership experience in Accounts Receivable, Billing, or Customer Service within the healthcare insurance or healthcare industry.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or Equivalent.
- 3+ years of Leadership experience in Quest Billing system (QBS) and / OR Web Billing System (WBS).
- 3+ years of Leadership experience in Accounts Receivable, Billing, or Customer Service within the healthcare insurance or healthcare industry.
