Billing Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Owns output at task level.
• Sets priorities for the team to ensure task completion.
• Captures support data to ensure invoice accuracy.
• Works through specific billing discrepancies.
• Provides input to policies, systems, methods, and procedures for the effective management and control of the premium billing function.
• Edicates customers regarding the availability of receiving invoices and remitting payments through online applications.
• Maintains oversight of outstanding balances and takes appropriate actions to ensure clients pay as billed.
• Manages the preparation of invoices and completes billing reconciliation with accounts receivables.
• May also include quality assurance and audit of billing activities.

Requirements

• 3+ years of Leadership experience in Quest Billing system (QBS) and / OR Web Billing System (WBS).
• 3+ years of Leadership experience in Accounts Receivable, Billing, or Customer Service within the healthcare insurance or healthcare industry.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• 3+ years of Leadership experience in Quest Billing system (QBS) and / OR Web Billing System (WBS).
• 3+ years of Leadership experience in Accounts Receivable, Billing, or Customer Service within the healthcare insurance or healthcare industry.
