About the Role

As a Billing Specialist, you will be responsible for processing and verifying patient billing information, ensuring accuracy and timely submission to insurance providers. You will also assist in maintaining accurate records and providing customer service to patients and insurance companies.

Responsibilities

• Process and verify patient billing information
• Ensure timely submission of claims to insurance providers
• Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations
• Communicate effectively with patients and insurance companies to resolve billing issues
• Follow established procedures and policies for billing and coding

Requirements

• At least 1 year of relevant experience in healthcare billing or finance
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
• Knowledge of healthcare billing and coding standards
