We need to output HTML fragment with sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections that have real specific content. We must not repeat job title. Must not include Job ID etc. Must remove boilerplate like EEO, legal, application instructions, etc. Must preserve all substantive info. We need to parse the description. First paragraph: "Are you detail-oriented, organized, and someone who enjoys working with numbers while providing great service? Join WCTC in a role where your skills will help support the College’s financial operations and contribute to a positive experience for our students and campus community." That's about the role. Then: "Positions in this classification perform a variety of tasks related to the College’s financial activities relying upon established policies, procedures, and guidelines originating with the department or the College as they relate to the various billing and collection needs of WCTC. These tasks include but are not limited to a variety of accounting, recordkeeping, and accounts receivable work. Requires the ability to exercise judgment and the ability to analyze and recognize discrepancies or deviations from standard procedures and policies and to bring identified problems to resolution." That's responsibilities. Then "Essential Duties And Responsibilities Characteristic Duties and Responsibilities (include, but not limited to) This position description should not be interpreted as all inclusive. It is intended to identify the major responsibilities and requirements of the job. The incumbents may be requested to perform job-related responsibilities and tasks other than those stated on this description." That's filler; we can ignore. Then list of duties: bullet points (but not formatted as bullet). We need to turn them into
  • . Let's extract each duty: - Calculate and determine the amounts billed to third parties according to established guidelines or specific instructions. - Set up contracts to bill proper course tuition and fees; this may include special payment plans. - Prepare and mail invoices as appropriate. - Transfer costs from student account to agency responsible for charges. - Prepare, verify, mail, process invoices and notices of past-due accounts. - Apply WCTC collection processes to facilitate collection of past due accounts. - Prepare and maintain records for student accounts and process registrations sponsored by a variety of entities and agencies. - Resolve inconsistencies between internal and external records and entities. - Monitor, analyze, and process accounts receivable billings or other aspects of department, as assigned. - Verify and correct discrepancies. - Process and analyze student refunds. - Prepare, maintain, monitor, and/or analyze a variety of reports, billings, accounts, procedures, invoices, and other hard copy or electronic documents or databases as assigned. - Respond to questions from students, employees, customers, and resolve problems concerning invoices, refunds, late fees, payment procedures or other concerns within established guidelines. - Participate in and contribute to assignments and special projects of a similar nature and level. That's responsibilities. Then "Minimum Qualifications REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:" then list. We need to separate sections: Requirements (maybe Minimum Qualifications), Qualifications (maybe educational/experience), Skills (knowledge, skills, abilities). The instruction says use headings: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We need to decide what goes where. We have: - About the role: first paragraph. - Responsibilities: list of duties. - Requirements: maybe "Minimum Qualifications REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:"? But that includes knowledge, skills, abilities. Could split: Requirements = educational and experience requirements? Qualifications = maybe "Associate’s degree in Accounting is desirable."? Actually they have "EDUCATIONAL AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:" then list. - Skills: maybe the knowledge, skills, abilities list. - Benefits: "Supplemental Information The Billing Specialist role is a full time, benefit eligible position in the Financial Accounting Services Department. Monday through Friday, typical hours: 8:00a-4:30p The position is available to start as soon as October 2026." plus later benefits list: "WCTC offers a wide range of outstanding benefits. Benefits include, but not limited to: Competitive compensationComprehensive Benefits Package including health, dental, vision, life, long-term disability, supplemental life, flex spending accounts, and much moreGenerous time off and holiday scheduleEligibility in the Wisconsin Retirement System (ETF)Opportunities for professional growth and development (including tuition reimbursement, tuition waiver)Well-being activities to support personal and professional well-beingCollaborative and supportive team environment" - Pay: Not explicitly stated. There's "Competitive compensation" but no specific numbers. The instruction says do NOT create Pay section unless posting actually states them. It says "Competitive compensation" is vague but maybe considered stating? It says "Competitive compensation" is a statement but not a specific amount. The rule: never emit a heading followed by filler/placeholder text (e.g. "commensurate with experience", "not specified", "N/A", "varies", "TBD") and never create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless the posting actually states them. "Competitive compensation" is somewhat vague but still states that compensation is competitive. Might be considered stating? However they said "Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones." Might be better to omit Pay section because no specific pay. The instruction: "never create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless the posting actually states them." It does state "Competitive compensation" and "Benefits include...". So Benefits section is definitely present. Schedule: they state "Monday through Friday, typical hours: 8:00a-4:30p". That's schedule. So we can include Schedule section. Pay: they state "Competitive compensation" but no specific number. Is that considered stating? It's a statement but not a number. The rule about filler text includes "commensurate with experience", "not specified", "N/A", "varies", "TBD". "Competitive compensation" is not exactly those but still vague. Might be considered stating something, but to be safe, maybe include Pay section with that phrase? However they said "Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones." If we include Pay with just "Competitive compensation", that's thin. Might be better to omit Pay because it's not substantive. The instruction: "never create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless the posting actually states them." It does state "Competitive compensation". So technically it states something about pay. But we could incorporate that into Benefits? But Benefits already separate. Could we put Pay as a subsection inside Benefits? Not per instruction. I'd lean to include Pay section with the phrase "Competitive compensation". However they said "never emit a heading followed by filler/placeholder text (e.g. "commensurate with experience", "not specified", "N/A", "varies", "TBD")". "Competitive compensation" is not in that list, but it's still vague. I'd include it. Schedule: we have Monday-Friday 8:00a-4:30p. Now we need to output HTML fragment with headings

    and content

    or

    • . We need to avoid repeating job title. No mention of Job ID. We need to remove boilerplate: EEO, legal, application instructions, etc. Also remove "Supplemental Information" maybe but we keep the schedule and benefits. We need to preserve all substantive information. So we need to include the start date: "The position is available to start as soon as October 2026." That's substantive; maybe include in About the role or Schedule? Could be in About the role. We need to include "Full time, benefit eligible position". That's maybe in Benefits or About. We need to include "Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States at the time of hire and maintain that authorization through employment. Verification of employment eligibility will be required upon hire. WCTC does not provide employment-based visa sponsorship." That's substantive but maybe considered legal/EEO? It's about work authorization. Might be considered boilerplate? It's not EEO but it's a requirement. The instruction says remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate. This is about work authorization, maybe legal. Might be considered legal boilerplate. I'd remove it. Also remove "Application Materials", "Interview", "Internal team members are encouraged..." etc. Those are application instructions. Remove. Now we need to structure. Let's draft sections:
