Billing Representative III

Responsibilities

• Triage cases from Sales/Customer Solutions and find resolutions to billing issues.
• Collect data from ARBRR and PowerBI, generate excel spreadsheets and/or Pivot Tables to show trends.
• Maintain production standards.
• Work closely with Billing team/Sales/Customer Solutions.
• Handle credit requests.
• Make outbound calls to Quest clients for outstanding invoices.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in Quest Billing system (QBS) and/or Web Billing System (WBS).
• At least 1 year of experience in Accounts Receivable, Billing, or Customer Service within the healthcare insurance or healthcare industry.
• Proficiency in using computer and Windows PC applications such as Outlook, Excel, PDF, instant message, video conferencing.
• Good keyboard and navigation skills, able to learn new computer programs.

Pay and Schedule

• Pay range: $22-28/hour.
• Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, and, where applicable, certifications obtained.
• Market and organizational factors are also considered.

Schedule

Monday to Friday, 8:00AM - 4:30PM Eastern.
