A global Financial Services firm is looking to hireaBilling Receivables Associate on a contract basis to support a high volume billing function across invoicing, revenue reporting, and cash application. This role is ideal for someone who is detail oriented, curious, and eager to build stronger analytical and risk management skills at a world leading asset management firm.Key detailsLocation:Newport Beach, CA.Work Arrangement:Hybrid 4 days on-site / 1 remote day per weekPay: $35/hourJob Type: ContractResponsibilitiesProduce fixed and incentive fee invoices per client agreements and internal standardsDeliver monthly revenue calculations for general ledger reportingPerform variance analysis on accruals and escalate exceptionsPrepare audit ready support for second level reviewExecute billing controls and maintain compliance with policies and regulatory requirementsValidate outputs, investigate anomalies, and support root cause analysisSupport process improvements and automation initiativesPartner with Legal, Account Management, and Finance to resolve billing issuesRespond to billing inquiries and requests for support QualificationsBachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Mathematics, or related field3+ years of experience in accounts receivable, accounting, or financial operations preferredStrong accounting fundamentals and basic understanding of investment management conceptsAdvanced Excel skills and comfort with Microsoft OfficeComfort using technology and AI tools such as Alteryx, Python, Copilot, or similar to streamline work There are no costs for candidates utilizing our services as our clients pay for all related hiring fees.
