About the role

Work with customers and logistics personnel to verify location of transporters, verify vehicles that have been delivered and picked up, enter vehicle information into the computerized system, and assist brokers with follow‑up and entering required information into the systems. Job duties are primarily performed in an office environment.

Requirements

• Strong communication skills with internal personnel and external customers
• Excellent phone skills
• Strong computer skills
• Problem solving abilities
• Bi‑lingual Spanish preferred
• Highly dependable
• Ability to work 40 hours per week with reliable transportation

Generally Monday–Friday, 9 am–6 pm; must be flexible, with some Saturdays required.
