Billing & Collections Manager (BOM)

About the role

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a team of developers and contributing to the design and development of innovative software solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of software developers in delivering high-quality projects on time and within budget.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, designers, and other engineers to understand project requirements and develop solutions.
• Contribute to the design and implementation of new features and enhancements to existing systems.
• Ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices, and provide technical guidance to team members.
• Participate in code reviews and pair programming sessions to improve code quality and efficiency.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in software development and management.
• Proven track record of leading and mentoring a team of developers.
• Experience with agile methodologies and tools such as JIRA, Git, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Experience with software development languages and frameworks such as Java, Python, JavaScript, and React.
• Knowledge of database technologies like SQL and NoSQL databases.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Understanding of DevOps principles and practices.
