Billing Clerk

Responsibilities

• Prepare and issue customer invoices with a high level of accuracy and timeliness.
• Enter billing information into company systems and verify records for completeness.
• Respond to customer questions related to invoices, charges, and account details in a courteous manner.
• Review billing documents to identify discrepancies and resolve errors before final processing.
• Maintain organized records of invoicing activity and supporting documentation.
• Cook up with internal team members to ensure billing information is current and correctly applied.
• Support daily administrative tasks related to accounts, billing workflows, and customer communication.

Requirements

• Previous experience in billing, invoicing, data entry, or a related administrative role.
• Strong data entry skills with close attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to deliver attentive and courteous customer service.
• Comfort working with invoice processing and account-related documentation.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to stay organized and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Proficiency with standard office software and computer-based recordkeeping systems.
