Responsibilities
- Create customer-specific invoices within internal systems; monitor and make changes for special and varied billing arrangements.
- Independently and timely communicate with customers and the Sales Team to effectively assist and resolve issues.
- Meet strict daily deadlines while ensuring accuracy and excellent customer experience.
- Promptly communicate issues, concerns, or discrepancies to the Billing Manager and sales team members to support timely resolution.
- Participate in other special projects and duties as assigned.
Schedule
Standard hours are Monday through Friday, between 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m., with potential flexibility for a later start time of 8:30 or 9:00 a.m. (adjusting the end of the workday accordingly). This position may also require participation in a rotating holiday coverage schedule.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Associate degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field preferred; equivalent relevant work experience will also be considered.
- 1–2 years of experience in accounting, billing, bookkeeping, or a related function preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience preferred.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, detail-oriented office environment is a plus.

Physical Requirements
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
