Billing & Accounts Receivable Manager

Title: Billing & Accounts Receivable Manager Salary: $70,000-85,000 + profit sharing bonus Location: Norwood, MA (100% onsite, 5 days per week) Why This Opportunity Stands Out Join an established construction organization with a strong presence in the industry 100% employer-paid medical and dental insurance Additional benefits including profit sharing, 401(k) with company match, PTO, and paid holidays High-impact role with ownership of billing and accounts receivable across multiple projects Work closely with Project Managers, Engineers, and Accounting leadership Opportunity to improve billing processes, collections, and overall cash flow management Billing & Accounts Receivable Manager Key Responsibilities Manage high-volume billing and accounts receivable activities across multiple construction projects Prepare and submit AIA billing applications, including G702/G703, and progress billings Track change orders, project milestones, and percentage-of-completion data to ensure accurate billing Partner with Project Managers and Engineers to review project billing and resolve discrepancies Monitor outstanding receivables, follow up on collections, and resolve customer billing disputes Maintain accurate billing documentation and support improvements to cash flow and operational efficiency Billing & Accounts Receivable Manager Qualifications 3+ years of billing and accounts receivable experience Construction industry experience strongly preferred Experience with AIA billing, progress billing, and construction contracts highly desirable Strong Excel skills and experience with accounting software such as Sage Intacct or similar Excellent communication, organization, and attention to detail Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred #INOCT2026
