About the role

Prestige Fleet Services performs onsite truck and trailer maintenance and repairs. We understand today's fleet maintenance demands. We offer a competitive compensation package with excellent benefits. This position is remote.

Responsibilities

• Create invoices and credit memos
• Update account records and customer information
• Send payment reminders
• Assist customers and answer any questions
• Send invoices
• Engage in communication with Managers and Technicians regarding services being completed and any paperwork needed
• Closing invoices in a timely manner—within 48 hours of the services being completed
• Communication with customers regarding invoices
• Verifying all information on invoices is correct and fees are added
• Assist where needed with AR/collections
• Taking payments as needed
• Help other regions as needed
• Participate in weekly billing and sales calls

Qualifications

• High School Diploma
• 2+ years of billing experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Suite
• FullBay Experience a plus

Pay

Salary range $43,000–$50,000 annually
