Law firm is seeking a contract Legal Biller to join their Los Angeles office. This is a contract position beginning immediately and lasting for 1-2 months. Responsibilities Prepare, review, and submit invoicesCommunicate with clients regarding billing inquiries and resolve discrepancies Collaborate with attorneys, legal assistants, and accounting teams to gather billing informationIdentify opportunities to improve billing processes & client experience Qualifications Bachelor's degreeAt least 2-3 years of legal billing experience requiredProficiency in Excel (formulas, filters, PivotTables) requiredExperience with Elite 3E is highly desired Hire Options Inc. and its clients are equal opportunity employers.
