About the role
Responsible for reviewing and processing bill payments for accuracy and compliance with company policies.
Responsibilities
- Review invoices for accuracy and adherence to company policies
- Process payments in accordance with established procedures
- Resolve discrepancies and ensure timely payment
- Communicate with vendors regarding payment issues
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field
- 2+ years of experience in accounts payable or similar role
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Qualifications
- Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance standards
- Experience with electronic data interchange (EDI)
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
