Bilingual Workforce Manager

As a Bilingual Workforce Manager, you will serve as the liaison between client managers, the local office, and contract employees. This role involves working at the client site to manage the temporary workforce and maximize profitability by understanding client needs and providing quality contractors.

Responsibilities

• Attend client production and staff meetings regularly.
• Maximize profitability by understanding client needs and providing quality contractors.
• Manage the temporary workforce at the client site.
• Assist with internal and client reporting as necessary.
• Utilize Aerotek resources for conflict resolution.
• Perform various customer service-related activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree (preferred, not required).
• Customer or sales-focused experience.
• Experience in a team-oriented environment.
• Fluent in Spanish and English.

Pay

Aerotek offers a base salary of $54,000 - $58,000, with a performance-based annual bonus potential of $2,000.
