MAKE EVERYDAY RIDICULOUSLY AMAZING. This opportunity is for new hires in MOBILE ASSOCIATE and RETAIL ASSISTANT MANAGER positions (excluding promotions). New hires receive a $400 payout as part of a ramp-up bonus structure.

Pay
AVERAGE ALL-IN PAY RANGE WITH BONUSES AND SPIFFS: $19 TO $23 PER HOUR.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the face of our company and the most important position for generating sales and delivering an exceptional customer experience.
- Act as the first line of contact for customers daily, maintaining a positive attitude and driving sales engagement.
