Pay
Average pay range with bonuses and spiffs: $19 to $23 per hour. New hire bonus ramp-up structure: a simple $400 payout for all new hires in Mobile Associate and Retail Assistant Manager positions (excluding promotions).
Responsibilities
- Serve as the face of our company and the most important position for generating sales and delivering an exceptional customer experience.
- Act as the first line of contact for customers every day with a positive attitude, driving sales and ensuring your income matches the work you put in.
- Engage in a dynamic retail environment that offers growth opportunities within your control.
Requirements
- Open work availability for mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as scheduled.
- At least 18 years of age.
- A background check may be performed as part of the hiring process.
- Must be able to stand for long periods in a retail store environment.
- Must be able to move and/or lift up to 25 pounds.
