Bilingual (Spanish) Sr. Accountant

About the role

A fast-growing, private equity-backed organization in the technology space is hiring a Sr. Accountant to support a high-impact finance transformation during a period of rapid expansion. This is a fully remote opportunity with exposure to a multinational environment, including LATAM operations and U.S. leadership.

Key Responsibilities

• Own key aspects of the month-end close, general ledger, and reconciliations
• Support audit-related activities, including inventory audits
• Assist in clean-up efforts and process improvements across accounting operations
• Partner closely with remote Controller (LATAM-based) and U.S. finance leadership
• Contribute to the implementation and optimization of accounting processes and procedures

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in full-cycle accounting (month-end close, GL, reconciliations)
• Fluency in Spanish and English (verbal and written; will be assessed)
• Hands-on experience with SAP
• Experience working within multinational or LATAM-focused accounting environments
• Working knowledge of IFRS and/or US GAAP
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, evolving environment
• Highly Preferred: Experience in shared services or regional LATAM accounting teams, Exposure to multi-entity and intercompany accounting, CPA or equivalent (not required)
