Position Summary
The service coordinator supports children, families, and ITP team members to ensure timely and efficient access to services and resources. They work under a grant administered by the Prince George’s County Public School System (PGCPS) and receive daily guidance and direction from PGCPS. Responsibilities include intake, case management, clerical support, transition, and family resource services. The service coordinator collaborates with the inter-disciplinary ITP team and advocates for each child.

Qualifications
- A BA or BS Degree highly preferred but not required. Candidates should have some college hours and at least two years of related experience.
- Bilingual skills are considered a plus.
- In lieu of a degree, the employer may consider the parent of a child with a disability.
- The candidate must possess excellent oral and written communication skills, and be highly organized with good attention to detail.
