Bilingual (Spanish) Senior Manager, Account Executive Operations (Remote-Eligible)

For our client, we are seeking a Bilingual (Spanish) Senior Manager, Account Executive Operations (Remote-Eligible) to join the team of a leader in the Finance & Insurance space. This leader will oversee a high-performing operations team focused on technical payment acceptance and service reliability across LATAM markets. The role is centered on improving acceptance performance, strengthening monitoring and resilience, and driving issue resolution across a complex, multi-stakeholder environment. This position also requires close partnership with governance groups and regional stakeholders to ensure consistent execution and measurable operational outcomes.
