Bilingual Spanish Retail Sales Consultant

About the role

We are looking for bilingual (Spanish and English) speakers to join our Retail team. Every day you'll be at the center of it all, creating meaningful connections with every customer through personalized sales expertise. What to expect

• Use a consultative sales approach to guide customers through their options
• Be a part of the community through events, filling online orders, and making outbound calls to existing and potential customers
• Work a schedule between 9am–9pm, including weekends, to be available when customers need us
• Monthly seniority-based schedules are available 2 weeks in advance
• Stay flexible and open to change in a fast-paced environment to keep current with evolving tech

Qualifications

• Prior retail or customer-facing sales experience is a plus, but not required – we provide tools, training, and coaching to help you meet and exceed goals

Pay

New Retail Sales Consultants earn between $57,016 and $75,000, including hourly pay and uncapped commission opportunities for top sellers. Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training. Salary range is dependent on all sales goals being met and/or exceeded.
