Bilingual Spanish Retail Sales Associate
About the role
This full-time position requires fluency in both English and Spanish, with the ability to hold conversations in each language. As a Retail Sales Consultant you’ll be at the center of the store, creating meaningful connections with customers through personalized sales expertise. You’ll use a consultative sales approach to guide customers through AT&T’s latest devices and services, helping friends, families and communities stay connected. The role involves participating in community events, filling online orders, and making outbound calls to existing and prospective customers. You’ll work in a fast‑paced environment where flexibility and openness to change keep you current with evolving technology. AT&T prioritizes employee and customer safety, following all protective and safe‑distancing guidelines issued by local and state authorities in response to COVID‑19.
Responsibilities
- Guide customers through product options using a consultative sales approach.
- Fill online orders and process transactions.
- Make outbound calls to existing and potential customers.
- Participate in store‑hosted community events.
- Meet and exceed sales targets to earn commission.
- Stay current with AT&T’s full suite of products and services.
- Maintain a flexible, customer‑focused attitude in a fast‑paced setting.
Requirements
- Fluent in English and Spanish; able to hold conversations in both languages.
- Prior retail or customer‑facing sales experience is a plus (no experience? training and coaching provided).
- Ability to work a schedule between 9 am and 9 pm, including weekends.
