Responsibilities

• Use a consultative sales approach guiding customers through their options.
• Be part of the community through events.
• Fill online orders.
• Make outbound calls to existing and potential customers.
• Work in a fast‑paced environment, staying flexible and open to change to keep current with evolving tech and meet customer needs.

Requirements

• Prior retail or customer‑facing sales experience is a plus.
• No sales experience? We provide tools, training, and coaching to help you meet and exceed your goals.
• Bilingual Spanish/English is preferred and may qualify for additional starting pay.

Pay

Our new Retail Sales Consultants earn between $48,000 to $75,000, including hourly rate and uncapped commission opportunities for top sellers. Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training. Salary range is dependent on if all sales goals are met and/or exceeded.
