The Inbound Customer Service Representative role involves handling calls from enrolled clients to assist with their questions or needs regarding their debt settlement program.

Responsibilities

  • Answer inbound calls from enrolled customers, identifying customer needs and offering appropriate resources or resolutions.
  • Ensure that service delivery meets contractual goals and KPIs.
  • Greet customers courteously, professionally, and according to company-specific procedures.
  • Listen attentively to customer needs and concerns, demonstrating empathy and building rapport.
  • Address billing questions by explaining components of customer accounts.

Requirements

  • Time Management Skills: Organize and manage multiple priorities.
  • Outstanding organizational skills and great attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Computer savvy: Above average working knowledge of telephonic and CRM systems.
  • Proficient in English/Spanish – Bilingual – preferred but not necessary.
