About the role
Help at Home is the nation’s leading provider of in-home support to seniors. We are currently hiring Bilingual Spanish/English Home Care Aides in your community!
Responsibilities
- Work 1-on-1 with clients inside their homes
- Support clients with light housekeeping tasks such as organizing, laundry, and basic cleaning
- Assist with personal activities like dressing, grooming, and meal preparation
- Run errands, grocery shopping, and accompany clients to appointments
Requirements
- Fluent in Spanish and English (both written and verbal)
- High School Diploma or GED, or at least 1 year of previous caregiving experience
- Valid driver’s license and access to insured and reliable transportation
- No experience required, but CNA certification is encouraged
Qualifications
- Dedication to professional development, including organizational and state-required training
- Compliance with state background screening requirements
