Responsibilities
- Build and manage a pipeline of new and existing customers
- Make outbound calls daily to generate orders and uncover opportunities
- Maintain and grow existing customer relationships
- Identify new business opportunities and sales channels
- Manage orders and track activity in CRM/ERP systems
Requirements
- Fluent in Spanish and English (required)
- 2+ years of sales, account management, or outbound calling experience
- Confidence on the phone and strong communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities
- Self-motivated and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to close sales
