Earn up to $85,500 per year based on experience, certifications, and secondary languages. $1,000 sign-on bonus and a $2,400 orientation training stipend.

Chrysalis Health is a leading provider of behavioral healthcare with over 25 years of experience serving clients. As a clinician, you will provide individual and family therapy to a diverse population, including children, adolescents, adults, and families. Most therapy sessions are conducted in-person within the community, with some telehealth options available. There is no requirement to visit an office for administrative tasks or supervision; everything is done online or onsite with the client.

This position requires fluency in both English and Spanish, including verbal communication and written documentation. Responsibilities

• Assess and determine the comprehensive mental health needs of clients with an array of patient ages and diagnoses.
• Conduct and document client screenings, psychosocial assessments, progress notes, and referral information.
• Deliver services to clients in the community with no requirement to go to an office.
• Utilize evidence-based practices to enhance clinical outcomes of clients.
• Identify resource requirements necessary to fulfill identified needs.
• Collaborate with caregivers, physicians, school counselors, and other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal client care.
• Advocate for patient access to community resources.
• Communicate treatment plans and progress to patients, families, and other healthcare professionals.
• Facilitate and offer individual and family therapy on psycho-social issues such as coping skills, stress reduction, and caregiver support.
• Demonstrate professionalism to reassure patients of their care by a skilled and compassionate professional.
• Document therapy services in an electronic medical records (EMR) platform.

Requirements

• Must reside within the State of Florida.
• Master’s degree from an accredited university or college in Psychology, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or related field. Degrees or majors in the following may also qualify if transcripts include at least four class codes containing content from specified areas (e.g., Human Growth & Development, Diagnosis and Treatment of Psychology, Counseling Theories and Techniques): Rehabilitation Counseling, Human Services, Forensic Psychology, Community Counseling, Psychology, Youth Counseling, Human Development, Behavioral Science, Art Therapy, & Psychiatric Rehabilitation.
• Organizational and time management skills, with the ability to flex hours to meet client scheduling needs.
• Flexibility to provide services in client homes, schools, and other community settings.
• Ability to utilize self-care techniques to achieve optimal work-life balance.
• Compassionate, engaging, and a strong desire to help others.
