About the role

Jeff D’Ambrosio Auto Group is a high-volume, customer-focused dealership dedicated to providing an exceptional car-buying experience. We serve a diverse customer base and are looking for a bilingual Spanish-speaking Salesperson to help us better serve our Spanish-speaking community.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist Spanish-speaking and English-speaking customers in selecting and purchasing vehicles.
• Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable buying experience.
• Communicate effectively in both Spanish and English, explaining financing options, vehicle features, and dealership services.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and referrals.
• Stay up to date on inventory, promotions, and industry trends to provide accurate information.
• Work closely with the finance and management teams to complete sales transactions.

Qualifications

• Bilingual in Spanish and English (fluent in both spoken and written communication).
• Prior automotive sales experience is a plus, but not required—we provide training!
• Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
• A positive, outgoing personality with a passion for helping people.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to dealership sales processes.
• A valid driver's license
• Professional appearance.
