Responsibilities
- Own the full sales process—from product selection to negotiation to closing
- Deliver expert RV knowledge and tailored recommendations
- Build long-term relationships and provide exceptional customer service
- Stay sharp with product updates, inventory insights, and training
- Follow up daily with leads through our CRM system
- Present solution-based options that fit customer needs
- Partner with our Finance team to coordinate lending and finalize deals

- Bilingual (Spanish/English) – clear and effective communication with our diverse customer base is essential; being bilingual is required
