Bilingual Sales Assistant

Essential duties and Responsibilities

• Improves customer service experience, engages customers and facilitates organic growth
• Keeps accurate records and documents customer service actions and discussions
• Captures travel arrangements, meetings, conferences, and events
• Aid Account Executive with account management
• Perform data entry when orders are completed or changed
• Solves promotional allowances, rebates, and pricing discrepancies
• Contact customers directly when necessary
• Aid customers with existing and new orders, account statuses and relevant problems
• Collaborate with internal departments for order coordination and delivery
• Provide any necessary data or reports to the sales team

Qualifications and Requirements

• A High School Degree or GED is preferred; a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field is a plus
• Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
• Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices
• Solid communication and interpersonal skills
• Bilingual: English and Spanish preferred
• Ability to travel: 10–30%
