About the role

We are seeking Bilingual Russian Personal Care Aides (PCA) to support clients in your community.

Responsibilities

• Work 1-on-1 with clients inside their homes
• Support clients with light housekeeping tasks
• Assist clients with personal activities like bathing, dressing, and meal preparation
• Aid with mobility and transfers, ensuring client safety and well-being

Requirements

• Bilingual proficiency in Russian and English
• Valid HHA/PCA Certificate
• Valid ID
• Dedication to professional development and state-required training
• Compliance with state background screening requirements

Qualifications

• Experience in caregiving or related field preferred
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Ability to maintain confidentiality
