TCC, Verizon Authorized Retailer, seeks a Bilingual Retail Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be bilingual and bring enthusiasm, passion, and commitment to our customers and communities.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Conduct product demonstrations and provide detailed information on services
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently
• Manage inventory and ensure accurate stock levels
• Participate in ongoing training and development programs
• Support community initiatives and events

Requirements

• At least a high school diploma
• Ability to work guaranteed full-time hours
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Reliable transportation
• Legally authorized to work in the U.S.

Qualifications

• Telecommunication or wireless sales experience
• Experience working in a fast-paced wireless retail sales position
• Energized by a competitive, goal-driven sales environment where performance is rewarded
