Pay
Our Sales Partner Scholarship Compensation Plan guarantees a minimum of $20.00/hour for your first 12 months, plus unlimited commission opportunities. Sales Partners earned an average of $56,000+ last year, with top performers earning $100,000+ annually.
Requirements
- 18 years of age or older
- Bilingual proficiency in both Spanish and English is required
- Ability to effectively communicate with and provide exceptional service to customers in both languages
- Experience in performance-based compensation environments (preferred)
- Proven ability to build relationships with customers, identify their needs, and recommend solutions that deliver an exceptional experience (preferred)
- Tech-savvy, goal-driven, and motivated to deliver results by confidently recommending the right solutions for every customer (preferred)
Responsibilities
- Be the face of the brand, using charisma and energy to connect with customers
- Foster relationships, listen to customer needs, and offer technology solutions that make a difference
- Act as a problem‑solver with strong communication skills, turning challenges into victories
- Stay up‑to‑date with ongoing promotions, new product launches, and service feature updates to provide relevant information and the best deals
