About the Role
The IMA Group is seeking an experienced Bilingual Registered Nurse Case Manager (RN) for a flexible, hybrid field-based role in Amarillo, TX. This 1099 independent contractor position focuses on coordinating medical care for injured workers in the workers' compensation space.

Responsibilities
- Coordinate and oversee medical treatment plans for injured workers
- Attend appointments and evaluate treatment progression
- Communicate across providers, employers, attorneys, and carriers
- Assess medical necessity and appropriateness of care
- Prepare timely, detailed case management reports
- Support return-to-work and transitional duty planning
- Coordinate Independent Medical Examinations (IMEs) and job site evaluations
Requirements
- Active Texas RN license
- 3+ years of Workers' Comp Field Case Management experience
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) required
- Strong clinical assessment and communication skills
- Comfort working independently with a flexible caseload
- Proficiency with electronic documentation systems
- Reliable transportation across the greater Amarillo area
- Malpractice insurance, or the ability to obtain it
CCM, CRRN, or similar certification is a plus.
