Bilingual Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) - Afternoon Hours
About the role
Children’s Specialized ABA is part of the Children’s Specialized Hospital Autism Center of Excellence. We serve children with ASD by combining clinical innovation, whole-child care, and personalized therapy. Our vision is a future where every child diagnosed with autism has access to innovative and compassionate care, empowering them to thrive and reach their full potential. This vision is built on four core values: Inclusivity – celebrating diversity within the autism spectrum and creating an inclusive environment that respects each person’s strengths and differences; Innovation – fostering creativity and collaboration to develop personalized solutions that enhance quality of life; Connection – actively engaging with health systems and the broader community to coordinate services and care for people with autism; Quality and Safety – investing in research and training to provide cutting‑effective, safe, and personalized services tailored to unique needs. Ready to make a difference? Your bilingual skills are essential; many families rely on Spanish to communicate about their child’s care. By joining our team you’ll be the bridge that ensures every child gets the services they need and every parent feels heard and supported. If you’re fluent in English and Spanish, passionate about helping children, and ready to start a meaningful career, we’ll provide full training and stand by you every step of the way. Position Overview: As a Bilingual Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), you’ll provide one‑on‑one ABA therapy to children with ASD, helping them build communication, social, and daily living skills. You’ll work closely with a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and a collaborative care team to deliver compassionate care. Not certified yet? We’ll train you and cover your RBT exam cost.
